Mind Your Body

You can do it. Your mind and body are complementary. They work together, and both face challenges as the years add up. Though you may think of mind and body as separate, they are parts of a whole -- you. A healthy body boosts your mind, which improves your overall health and can make you feel younger and expand your healthy lifespan.
We recommend that you focus on strength, balance, posture, coordination, and endurance in your upper body, lower body, and core.
If you are currently experiencing pain for stiffness, you may want to visit a physical therapist who will help you to work out an exercise program you can do at home. Look for a therapist who is in your Medicare Advantage network.

We're all getting older, even the children and grand kids, from babies to infants and on along the road through our teens and twenties and on, and each stage has its challenges and rewards. But hey, here we are. We've faced and endured the difficulties of childhood and young adulthood, middle age crises. And though in these later years, where the way ahead is filled with uncertainties, fading memories, there is still a journey ahead.
The clock keeps relentlessly ticking. The issues we face are new and can feel overwhelming. We know how this journey will end. We've seen our grandparent, parents, and friends deal with the late life stages. Now it's our turn.
The purpose of this website is to help you navigate these late life years while remaining as active, healthy, and engaged as possible.
